Text
I thank the Minister for his answer. It is probably one of the most difficult issues for the Minister to find the right answer to. The Minister is right to say that schools with the proper resources are the best place for those pupils. Will he give a guarantee today that pupils will go to the school that is best resourced for them and not one that does not meet their needs?
