Text
I thank the Member for his question. The Utility Regulator's consultation on its review of the electricity guaranteed standards of service and overall standards of performance closed on 15 January. The Utility Regulator is now analysing the responses and preparing its final decision paper to present to the Department by the end of April. My Department will then bring forward without delay any new arrangements, following Executive agreement, with the expectation that they will be in place for winter 2026-27.
