Text
I welcome the Minister's update on the Bill and thank her officials and her for their important work on it. The Bill will be important if we are to get anywhere near to meeting our targets. Another key aspect of meeting our targets will be the development of the renewable electricity price guarantee scheme. Will the Minister articulate the progress that has been made on drafting that Bill and the terms and conditions that will follow it?
