There is clearly an awful lot of confusion here today, and I am among those who are confused. Whether it is a permanent illegal billboard or a pop-up illegal billboard — the Minister has confirmed that it is no longer a Sinn Féin billboard — will the Minister confirm when the billboard stopped being a Sinn Féin billboard?
