Text
Minister, will you confirm, first, that any children from Northern Ireland who would have participated in the trial would have done so only on the basis of their consent and that of their parents? Secondly, will you confirm that it would have been a tiny number of children? Thirdly, does he agree that there is an irony, given that the Members opposite who are advocating that children from Northern Ireland be excluded from a trial that is happening in — checks notes — the rest of the United Kingdom are the same people who prevented us from having devolved institutions for many years on the basis of differentiation between Northern Ireland and the rest of the United Kingdom? Will you address those points, please?
