Text
I am aware of the issue that you have outlined. I am also aware of the role that the Shared Environmental Service plays in it. I am happy to take that away and write to you, because I want to confirm the exact facts. There was a delay in getting the advice, and we told the Shared Environmental Service to proceed in its absence. If the advice has come back, I am happy to write to give you a bit more detail on it. The issue is complex, but I know that it has been of concern to the farming community.
