Text

I have demonstrated from day 1 that I live up to my word. I said that I would be a First Minister for all, and I have done that. It has been laid bare for all to see. My track record speaks for itself. I am very confident about that. The Member will be aware of the conflict here, the fact that there were so many tragedies and injustices, and the role of state forces. I believe in equality for everybody, but I do not believe in preferential treatment. That is the distinct difference.

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.33 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (0.81).
  • Subject area: Legacy of the Troubles, victims and paramilitarism.
  • The overall probability was low and the text did not adopt any identity-based framing.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
