Text

I thank the Minister for giving way. On the topic of money, Minister, is there an opportunity to explore a graduated implementation of the service? Every time you help somebody, you save the health service £50,000, £60,000 or £70,000 that could be reinvested into the service, and that figure could grow as the years progress.
