Text

The new agreement will be the three legs of the stool: we will all have to agree to it. We are doing that work. The Member may chuckle, but, as he will recognise, there have been real pressures in the policing sector. I have a small team of people in support branch to take forward all of that work, whether it be work around dealing with the data breach, work around the review or the sponsorship work that it does in policing structures more widely. We are working through the issues at the best pace we can, but we are constrained by resource. I have been honest in saying that some of the things that I would like to do will have to happen more slowly than I would like, but I have to prioritise the things that matter most. We have just talked about some of them, such as child protection and serious sexual offences.

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.04 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
