Text
I thank the Minister for her answer. I asked the question because I have been contacted by parents who are extremely concerned about the relocation of a sex offender close to a child's play park. It is extremely concerning. What safeguards are in place to ensure that convicted sex offenders are not placed close to play parks or vulnerable residents, and what can the Minister of Justice do to commit to those and to putting public safety first?
