Text
To be fair, I offered to bring forward the deepfake amendments. Indeed, I wrote to the Executive on 4 November, seeking permission to do so, but I did not get clearance for that until last Thursday. It is fair to say, however, that I share the Member's frustration, because the Bill has now been sitting in Committee for almost 18 months. The question is this: what is the Committee scrutinising at this point?

- None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
- No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
- The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.
