Text

Minister, what we witnessed last June was nothing short of appalling. I will say this in my role as Deputy Chair of the Communities Committee. Minister, your attempts to paint yourself as a victim of — in your words — a "political pile on" are absolutely disgraceful and simply not credible. People see it for what it is. Surely you can accept how insulting that is to the actual victims — those who were subjected to those disgusting, violent and racist attacks.
