To ask the Minister of Justice, following the recent publication of reports from the Northern Ireland Audit Office and the Public Accounts Committee on Planning in Northern Ireland, what measures (i) have been implemented; and (ii) will be implemented, by the Planning Appeals Commission to ensure Regionally Significant planning applications are progressed in a timely manner.
