I thank the Minister for his answer. Back in 2025, he made an announcement in the House that £200,000 was being provided as a capital budget allocation for the project, but, as far as I can tell, none of that money has been spent on the redevelopment of Newtownards library. Is there a risk that the money for the project will be lost? What assurances can the Minister give the people of Newtownards that it is a project that he will progress?
