Text
I cannot, because, as I said, the scheme does not primarily lie with the Department for Communities. However, it comes at a considerable cost. We need to start thinking about what our priorities are. I want to make sure that people have access to the transport that they need, but we need to do that in the most cost-effective way. I will support changes that make a difference, save money and ensure that support goes to those who need it.
