Text
Minister, I know that you are acutely aware of how many of our voluntary and community sector organisations have been impacted. You have worked closely with me, chair of the all-party group on the voluntary and community sector, on that. Just last Wednesday, hundreds of people stood out on the steps of this Building campaigning on that very issue. Why has the decision been taken to make the local growth fund a primarily capital fund? Were you shocked, as I was, to see no reference to the voluntary and community sector in Sinn Féin's three-year Budget proposals?
