Text
I thank the Minister for his response. The Minister knows that the Charity Commission is dealing with an extensive backlog in registrations and the administration of accounts. I appreciate that he intends to introduce legislation to try to streamline the process, but has he considered any further reforms in the meantime, such as putting in place a stricter definition of what constitutes a charity?
