Text
I will speak up, because it is quite hard to hear everyone on the microphones today. Minister, we understand that 4 January was a difficult time for 11 people who did not have access to emergency accommodation. Do you agree that it is counterproductive to blame the community and voluntary sector for not having enough space? The SWEP system needs to be reviewed to make sure that emergency accommodation is available. I believe that there are still some issues around the Housing Executive's opening up its premises. Do you agree that we should work more with the community and voluntary sector rather than apportion blame to it?
