I thank the Minister for his response. You said that that was part of your first-day brief. From your response to a previous question, it seems that it is only now that you are setting up a system to track the length of time that the process takes. Do you believe that that is good enough, given that that was in your first-day brief? It is holding back the development of some farms in Northern Ireland.
