Mr Kearney asked the Minister of Finance, given that it is apparent that some sections of opinion, including colleagues in the Opposition, have adopted a wrecking-ball narrative when it comes to the Executive, as we mark the 2nd anniversary of their restoration, to assess the general progress that the power-sharing Executive have made.
