Text

I thank the Speaker for ensuring that the issue was brought to the Chamber, which is something that the Minister tried to avoid. Minister, will those who come to Northern Ireland who hold European driving licences, which are valid for three years before they have to apply for a Northern Ireland driving licence, be exempt from the arrangements? If they are, why should an indigenous person be subject to the constraints that you propose?
