Text
Minister, I welcome any changes to save lives, and, no doubt, this is a positive move. We learned about it on 'Good Morning Ulster'. Having been a member of the Infrastructure Committee in the past, I think that it would be good to give the Committee its place. This is a good-news story, but it is not going to improve the condition of our roads. I am meeting people on the wrong side of the road every day of the week. This good-news story will not hide the bad-news story. When you are you going to fix the roads properly?
