I thank the Minister for this important development in driver licensing, which was passed by the Assembly in 2016. Does the Minister agree that, given the high proportion of young people aged 17 to 23 impacted by road collisions, including those who tragically lose their lives on our roads, it is vital that we do all that we can to ensure that they can drive safely?
