Text
Thank you, Minister. Newtownards is now closed to new connections and the development of businesses. You talked about larger industries, but what about the small to medium-sized enterprises that are closing down and having to let their people become unemployed or are having to close down other businesses to take their connections? What support is going to be available for those small to medium-sized enterprises?
