Text
I thank the deputy First Minister for her substantial response. Notwithstanding the damage of years of underfunding and austerity by the British Government, the Executive now have an opportunity to set their first multi-year Budget in over a decade. Does the Minister agree that agreement on a multi-year Budget is key to providing Departments with long-term surety in spending, and will she commit to delivering that outcome?
