Text

On a point of order, Mr Speaker. I raise a point of order about the remarks that the Minister made to my colleague, Justin McNulty. I am the last person to run to the teacher. I ask for no quarter and give no quarter in my role as leader of the Opposition, but that relates strictly to the political and the professional. As public representatives, however, we need to be mindful not to stray into the personal. I endeavour to do that. Mr Speaker, will you reflect on whether the Minister's remarks strayed a little too far into the personal?

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.07 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (0.96).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
