I thank the Minister for her answer. Quite separate from the issue of water charges, as the Minister has described it, will the Minister outline what options have been considered to incorporate other forms of revenue-raising to meet the Budget shortfall? I ask that with particular regard to the investment required to provide flood risk management and mitigation?
