Text
The responses have not been published yet, so I will not go into them in too much detail. As you know, the consultation closed last summer. A total of 293 responses were received, which is significant and important for us to be able to get a broad range of views. As I said, the responses are being considered. We have a view to publishing the report on those responses in the coming weeks. I hope to be able to update the House further on that. It is important that we do the consultation and hear from people so that we can potentially factor that into any next steps.

- No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
- The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.
This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
