Text

I thank the Minister for his statement. Minister, many in the Chamber have called for a multi-year Budget for many years. Another thing that everyone in the Chamber has called for consistently is the transformation that is needed for effective delivery of our public services. Therefore, can you give us some detail around the funding that is provided for transformation over the Budget period, please?

  • Assessed as legitimate policy scrutiny (0.91).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
