Text
The SDLP is clear that a multi-year Budget is welcome, but it must be aligned to a meaningful Programme for Government and an investment strategy, if we had one. I am concerned that the Budget is not strategic because it is clearly not aligned to something that we have not seen yet. Minister, how will you demonstrate that the draft Budget is fair and regionally balanced on allocations, spending and capital funds?
