Text
I thank the Minister for her response. The numbers that she has shared with the Chamber are shocking. While she has outlined some of the obstacles that she wishes to remove, given that she has accepted that inadequate waste water infrastructure and inherent delays in the planning system are the biggest obstacles to economic growth in Northern Ireland, what is she planning to do about the issues with consultee response times, staff turnover and failure to adopt best practice from other jurisdictions in order to address the gridlock in our planning system?
