Text
Thank you, Minister. One of the most vulnerable sectors of our school population is children with special educational needs. Over recent years, there has been a huge increase in the need for capital spending and spending on teaching to facilitate those children's needs. Will you outline what spending has been incurred already and projections for the future? What impact would the draft Sinn Féin Budget have?
