Text

Apologies, Mr Speaker, that I was late for the start of the speech, and thank you, deputy First Minister, for the statement. It seems that it was a positive meeting. That is exactly what the British-Irish Council should meet about. My concern is that, as well as collaborating, we are competing across these islands. Much of your statement related to future-proofing the sector, which will require investment. Will you update the House on the draft investment strategy 2050?
