Mr K Buchanan asked the Minister of Finance, using the A5 as an example, having acknowledged that there is an ongoing legal case concerning that road, what his Department can do to look at bridging the gap between the Land and Property Services (LPS) valuation figure per acre of agricultural land and the figure that it costs to replace the land, given that there is a big disparity.
