Mr Kearney asked the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs what he and his officials doing to address the bovine TB emergency, specifically the financial hardship and mental stress being experienced by farming families and the overall cost to the public purse, in light of the fact that bovine TB infection levels are out of control in the North.
