I thank the Minister for his leadership on the issue. People look to this party on these matters, whilst other parties have been silent for many years. In my constituency of Foyle, we have concerns about how landlords manage some HMO properties. What is your assessment of whether landlords are meeting the required fire, safety and maintenance standards?
