Mr Middleton asked the Minister for the Economy, given that, in a statement on Israel last week, she spoke of a moral duty to end the arming of "genocide", with the irony of that not being lost on those in the north-west who have witnessed ethnic cleansing at the hands of the IRA, whether she will show the same high regard for human rights by supporting the removal of the illegal republican memorial at Benbradagh Avenue in Dungiven, close to her constituency office.
