Text

Well, I am not here to peddle division. What I was going to say to you and the Member who spoke before you is that, in my constituency, I have worked with bonfire builders in Clonduff, Orangefield and Cregagh, where we faced some of those issues and worked with the Legacy Network and the EastSide Partnership. Mr McReynolds did not take an intervention to be asked this question, but I will ask you it: how many of those communities or similar ones in your community do you work with, have you engaged with or have you talked to?

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.29 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (0.92).
  • Subject area: Parades, bonfires and commemorations.
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.
