Text
No, I do not regret it; indeed, the issue was looked at and dismissed, because it is so trivial. I am disappointed that the Member, who has just taken over the chairmanship of the Committee, has chosen this issue with which to open his engagement with me as Minister. I assure the Member that I have no intention of bringing forward anything that would diminish people's right to free speech. It is interesting that those who cry most about the curtailment of their right to free speech are the first to take offence when other people exercise theirs.
