Text

Mr McNulty asked the Minister for Infrastructure, having said that the A5 project has become a shameful embarrassment and that families are still burying their loved ones while her Department ties itself in knots with delay after delay, legal wrangling and failure to deliver, how the project has ended up where it is at and whether that is the result of systemic incompetence in her Department or whether responsibility for the calamitous failure lies with her or her Sinn Féin ministerial predecessor, John O'Dowd.
