Text

Mr Donnelly asked the Minister of Health, given that he will be aware of the benefits to disabled people who were able to qualify for the independent living fund before it was closed in 2010, and given the research showing the economic benefit of more than £10 of social value of return for every £1 invested in that fund, whether he plans to reopen it to new applicants and give disabled people in Northern Ireland the freedom to live independent lives.
