Text

I appreciate the Minister's giving way again. Minister, something new is coming into the system, which is known as the Union Customs Code. It is a substantial change that will come about through the Windsor framework. The Union Customs Code will make specific reference to smart data and how it is used. Minister, I encourage your officials to familiarise themselves with that code. I appreciate what you have said to us, but the issue is much broader. There are areas that we need to be aware of.
