I thank the Minister for his answer. Given what he said about how his Executive colleagues pontificated about that at a different time and had competing Bills, what confidence does he have that, when the issue goes back to the Executive, they will find a solution so that he can deliver the housing that everyone in the Chamber has called on him to deliver?
