Text
I have been aware of many of the problems in the Housing Executive in its not being able to do some of the things that it would like to do. That is as a result of a lack of funding. That is why I have been working so hard to make sure that we see a change through the revitalisation of the Housing Executive so that we can borrow against our assets and put in place many of the improvements that are needed. I have not yet had full sight of all the issues or complaints, but I certainly will not be found wanting when it comes to that.
