Text
The First Minister has said in the Chamber many times that she, her Ministers and Sinn Féin are taking time to seek legal advice on the court judgement on the A5. One option is to appeal the High Court decision. When I asked the Infrastructure Minister about that in the Infrastructure Committee last week, she indicated that nothing is off the table. Will the First Minister confirm whether legal advice has yet been received by the Attorney General, and if appealing the High Court decision is still an option that is open to the Infrastructure Minister?
