Text

First Minister, you obviously know that, last August, we saw disgraceful race riots, during which businesses were torched and burnt out in hate crimes. What is your assessment of the fact that it has taken Belfast City Council almost a year to pay compensation to the businesses and organisations affected? The new money is welcome, but I am concerned that most of those businesses have received only £4,000 in compensation, despite many of them losing, in effect, hundreds of thousands of pounds.
