Text
Mr Kingston asked the First Minister and deputy First Minister whether they agree that, in light of the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland's failure to produce its promised guidance following the Supreme Court ruling that, in equality legislation, a man and a woman are defined by biological sex, it is now incumbent on the Executive as a whole to issue their own interim guidance that women-only protected spaces and categories in Northern Ireland should not admit biological males.
