Text

Minister, you responded to colleague about land going back to farmers. Will you indicate what it will cost to put that back? I referred in the Chamber to "Devastation in December". That is exactly what it was: you motored on, wrecking and ripping through farmland without consulting the farmers. It was "Devastation in December". You are going to have to put all that back, plus loss of income. Will you confirm that the loss of income, taken from the time of vesting, will be paid in full to those agricultural holders?

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not qualifying”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.06 (qualifying needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not qualifying).

  • Assessed as legitimate policy scrutiny (0.89).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-qualifying threshold.
