Text

I thank the Member for her question. The Assembly Commission is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and provides a number of schemes and initiatives in Parliament Buildings to do so.

Given the weather that we have had recently, it is also worth noting how fortunate we in the Building are to have access to the parkland outside to take in some exercise and fresh air before or after work or over lunchtime, which I am sure that many of us do. The Assembly Commission has established a health and well-being group for staff. It is staff-led and encourages staff to take part in a variety of activities. Although there are constraints on providing additional facilities, given the nature of the Building and the available budget, the Assembly Commission is always open to considering new ideas and suggestions.

Assessment

Not flagged

Jev’s structured answers met the documented threshold for “not flagged”.

  • Overall probability that the activity is being used to promote, exploit or escalate an identity-based controversy: 0.02 (flagging needs at least 0.70; at or below 0.30 is not flagged).
  • None of the five culture-war criteria was met (each was below 0.60).
  • No identity-based framing was identified (1.00).
  • The overall probability was at or below the not-flagging threshold.

This is an AI-generated assessment of the text, made against published criteria. It is not a finding of fact about the MLA or their intentions. The Assembly record itself is the fact.
