Text

I thank the Minister for the statement. Like her and others, I put on record my admiration for the campaigners, and particularly for Alma White who, through Caleb's Cause, has shone a particular focus in recent times on this issue. Clearly, the statement is long and detailed and its most important positives are for the many young adults, their families and their carers who are affected. Further to that, Minister, what potential long-term savings are there from investing in support for young people with learning disabilities?
